This policy explains how Austin ADU Construction Guide handles information submitted through this website. By using the site, you acknowledge the practices described here.
Information you choose to provide
The project form may request your name, email address, project city or ZIP code, optional street address, project type, property facts, goals, budget range, timing and additional context.
Do not submit government identifiers, payment-card information, account credentials, detailed financial records or sensitive legal documents. If a later conversation requires a survey, plan or other file, confirm the recipient and transmission method first.
Information collected automatically
The hosting and form platforms may receive technical information such as IP address, browser, device, request time and referring page for security, delivery and service operation.
At initial publication, this site does not have Google Analytics or another first-party analytics measurement ID installed. If analytics is added, this policy will be updated and the implementation will be configured to avoid advertising personalization signals where supported.
Form service
The embedded enquiry form is provided by Tally. Information submitted through it is processed using Tally’s systems and may be sent to the site operator for review. Tally’s own terms and privacy practices also apply to its service.
How information may be used
Submitted information may be used to:
- review and respond to an enquiry;
- identify the relevant jurisdiction or project category;
- request missing facts;
- introduce the enquiry to an independent provider where a relevant fit appears to exist;
- prevent abuse and protect the site;
- maintain records of enquiries and improve the usefulness of the service.
The site does not promise that every enquiry will be referred or answered.
Independent providers
If information is shared with or introduced to an independent provider, that provider controls its own subsequent collection and use of information. Review the provider’s privacy terms before supplying additional personal or property material.
The site is not responsible for a provider’s advice, security, communications or services. You should verify the provider and decide what information to share.
Sale and advertising
Personal information is not sold as a standalone consumer-data product. A commercial referral relationship may exist if an enquiry is introduced to a provider. That possibility is part of the site’s lead-enquiry purpose and should not be confused with a guaranteed endorsement.
Retention and security
Information may be retained while an enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterward for records, dispute prevention, security and service administration. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Access should be limited to people and service providers who need the information for the purposes described. Records may be deleted or anonymized when no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal and operational requirements.
Cookies and local storage
The site itself does not currently set an analytics cookie through Google Analytics. Hosting, form or embedded services may use cookies or similar technologies necessary for security and operation. Browser controls can restrict them, although doing so may affect the form.
Children
This service is intended for adults planning or evaluating real-property work. It is not directed to children, and the operator does not knowingly seek personal information from children.
Requests and questions
You may use the project form to request access, correction or deletion of information you previously submitted. Provide enough non-sensitive detail to locate the record. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.
Changes
This policy may change when the contact, analytics, referral or hosting process changes. The updated date will be revised when a material change is published.
