Details you choose to provide
The project form may request your name, email address, project city or ZIP code, optional street address, project type, site facts, goals, budget range, timing and extra context.
Do not submit government identifiers, payment-card details, account credentials, detailed financial records or sensitive legal documents. If a later conversation requires a survey, plan or other file, confirm the recipient and transmission method first.
Details collected automatically
The hosting and form platforms may receive technical details such as IP address, browser, device, request time and referring page for security, delivery and service operation.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page use and the quote-request path. The measured interactions include quote-link clicks, form views, form starts, successful project-form filings, direct-form fallback clicks and email fallback clicks. These events do not send the answers entered into the form. The implementation disables Google signals and advertising-personalization signals in the site layout. Google and the hosting platform may still receive technical details needed to provide their services, such as IP address, browser, device, request time and referring page.
Form service
The embedded inquiry form is provided by Tally. Details submitted through it are processed using Tally’s systems and may be sent to the site operator for review. Tally’s own terms and privacy practices also apply.
How details may be used
Submitted details may be used to:
- review and respond to an inquiry.
- find the relevant city, county or project category.
- request missing facts.
- introduce the inquiry to an independent company where a relevant fit appears to exist.
- prevent abuse and protect the site.
- maintain records of inquiries and improve the usefulness of the service.
The site does not promise that every inquiry will be referred or answered.
Independent companies
If details are shared with or introduced to an independent company, that company controls its own subsequent collection and use of details. Review the company’s privacy terms before supplying extra personal or property material.
The site is not responsible for a company’s advice, security, communications or services. You should check the company and decide what details to share.
Sale and advertising
Personal details are not sold as a standalone consumer-data product. A commercial referral relationship may exist if an inquiry is introduced to a company. That possibility is part of the site’s lead-inquiry purpose and should not be confused with a guaranteed endorsement.
Retention and security
Details may be retained while an inquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterward for records, dispute prevention, security and service administration. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Access should be limited to people and service companies who need the details for the purposes described. Records may be deleted or anonymized when no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal and operational rules.
Analytics, cookies and local storage
Google Analytics, hosting, form and embedded services may use cookies or similar technologies for measurement, security and operation. Browser controls can restrict them, although doing so may affect analytics or the form. The site records content-free funnel events for quote clicks, form visibility, form starts, successful Tally filings and fallback-link use. The successful-filing event is named generate_lead and is accepted only when Tally reports this site’s form ID.
Children
This service is intended for adults planning or evaluating real-site work. It is not directed to children. The operator does not knowingly seek personal details from children.
Requests and questions
You may email [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of details you previously submitted. Provide enough non-sensitive detail to locate the record. Identity may need to be checked before a request is completed.
Changes
This policy may change when the contact, analytics, referral or hosting process changes. Material changes will be published on this page.
