Submit an Austin-Area ADU Project Brief

Use the form to organize the first feasibility conversation. Submission does not confirm zoning, price, timing or provider availability.

A useful enquiry contains enough property information to identify the next decision. You do not need completed plans, but the City or jurisdiction and intended dwelling arrangement should be as clear as possible.

Before submitting

Gather what you have:

  • property city and ZIP code;
  • street address, if you are comfortable sharing it;
  • detached, attached, conversion or undecided project path;
  • approximate floor area and intended use;
  • survey, zoning or utility facts already known;
  • working budget and desired timing;
  • the biggest unresolved question.

Do not upload sensitive identity, payment, legal-title or financial documents. A survey or plan can be discussed later through an appropriate secure channel if a provider requests it.

What happens after submission?

The information is reviewed for location, scope and completeness. We may ask a clarifying question or, where there appears to be a relevant fit, introduce the enquiry to an independent ADU provider.

There is no guarantee of a response, match, quote, permit result or construction outcome. Any provider must perform its own feasibility and pricing work, and the owner should verify the provider independently.

No phone line yet

This site currently uses the project form as its primary contact route. It does not display a local phone number and does not request SMS consent. If a phone channel is added later, the site and privacy notice will be updated before it is used.

If the jurisdiction is unclear

Check the Austin-area service guide. A postal city can differ from the government that controls land use or permits. State the uncertainty in the form instead of choosing a city page by guesswork.

For Austin properties, review the HOME and ADU rules guide. For Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville or Georgetown, use the corresponding location page first.

Privacy and urgent matters

Read the privacy policy before submitting. The form is not monitored as an emergency service and should not be used for an active safety, structural, fire, utility or legal emergency. Contact the appropriate authority or qualified professional directly.

Independent provider notice: Independent planning and referral website. It is not a builder, designer or government office. Any introduced provider is a separate business responsible for credentials, advice, permits, price, contract, work and follow-up.
